Daddy Glen and Ma'Maw, as they were known to me in my childhood, had seven children, six of whom lived to be adults.
"Sonny," (William E.) the first born son, died of leukemia at age 4 or thereabouts.
Berniece was the next born, the eldest daughter. She never married or had children.
Next born was Avis Marie Frances in 1922 (my mom,) followed by (I'm not sure what order) Juanita, Luther Glen Jr., Vernon Ray, and then Rachel Nan (March 9, 1941.)

Glen was a farmer all his life and a Temple city bus driver for many years later in his life. On his 100 acre blackland farm he grew corn, cotton and raised a few cattle, poultry and hogs. My grandmother, Nettie, was a full time farm wife until all the children except Rachel were grown and gone. By that time she had electricity and indoor plumbing so she had enough "free time" to go to work outside the home. She worked as an aide in a nursing home.

Vernon died from some sort of brain tumor or injury in the mid '50's. He was in the military and left a wife, Doris, and son, Douglas. Doris remarried and her husband adopted Douglas, so the Camp name was lost in that line.
L.G. Jr. died from a traffic accident in 1966. He was a Baptist minister and was survived by his wife, Kittie and four children.
Aunt Bunny (Berniece) died from a brain tumor December 18, 1981. She was never married.
Rachel died from unknown causes November 7, 1983. She left a son, Chris.
Avis Marie (my mom) died from lung cancer February 3, 1996.
Aunt Nita died July 18, 2010. .
Nita and husband Harold had a son, Roger.
Last I heard, he was living in Austin, TX.
